A few words about me: I’m a longtime broadcast, print and digital journalist who worked her way up from green-as-grass grad student getting her feet wet in radio at the legendary WAER/Syracuse to producer, editor, news and features writer and assignment editor at ABC Radio, CBS News Radio and Fox News Radio. Along the way I’ve produced and written syndicated music shows and news services in multiple genres, booked musical talent for major radio shows, interviewed more musicians and celebrities than I can count, written liner notes for albums and contributed to numerous radio, digital and print outlets, including JazzTimes, Jazziz, The MusicHound Jazz Guide, Townsquare Media and iHeartMedia. I’ve also worked on news side and know the pace of live newscasts all too well.

I’m a proud Smith College grad (who took a yearlong detour at Harvard) with a master’s degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications.
